Articulo 3 º. Para ser Director Ejecutivo de las Juntas Administradoras Seccionales de Deportes se requiere tener experiencia comprobada de su participación en actividades deportivas, recreativas o de educación física, o haber ido funcionario de Coldeportes a nivel nacional o seccional, o poseer título universitario oficialmente reconocido.
