° Mientras se puede dar cumplimiento al artículo 6° de la ley 74 de 1926, el Instituto Agrícola Nacional funcionará a partir del primero de febrero próximo, como dependencia del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, en el inmueble ocupado por la Escuela superior de Agronomía de Antioquia.
