Art. 39. La expulsion del Instituto podrá imponerse por el Director, cuando el alumno haya cometido una de las faltas siguientes: 1. a Cuando haya usado armas contra otro para herirlo ó amenazarlo. 2. a Cuando hay entrado en maquinaciones para alterar el órden del Instituto ó para faltar á algun Superior ó Catedrático. 3. a Cuando por faltas repetidas el alumno haya manifestado un carácter refractario á toda disciplina escolar. 4. a Cuando haya ultrajado de cualquier modo á un Superior ó Catedrático. 5. a Cuando con palabras ó acciones inmorales haya intentado pervertir á otro alumno.
