Sanción por servicios ilegales. El Oficial y Suboficial que por medios fraudulentos obtuviese carné para atención asistencial de personas que no tienen derecho, o que hiciere prestar a sus familiares servicios asistenciales que no les correspondan, incurrirá en falta disciplinaria y pagará, con destino al Hospital Militar, de acuerdo con las tarifas de esta institución, el doble del valor de la atención que se le hubiere prestado, valor cuyo descuento será ordenado de la respectiva asignación mensual, o de retiro, por el Ministerio de Defensa.
