El artículo 83 del Decreto 41 de 1994 quedará así: Artículo 83. Retiro por inasistencia al servicio por más de cinco (5) días sin causa justificada . Los oficiales y suboficiales de la Policía Nacional serán retirados en cualquier tiempo del servicio activo, por inasistencia al servicio por más de cinco (5) días consecutivos sin causa justificada, o cuando acumulen igual tiempo en un lapso de treinta (30) días calendario, sin perjuicio de la acción penal correspondiente.
