Art. 9.° Las contravenciones á este Decreto y á las disposiciones que se dicten en su desarrollo, podrán ser castigadas con multas hasta de doscientos pesos oro y con arresto y reclusión hasta por dos años, penas que se graduarán según la gravedad de la infracción.
