El peso que servirá para toda liquidación será el que resulte del reconocimiento, siempre que la diferencia en menos de lo manifestado no exceda del quince por ciento (15 por 100); pues si excediere se castigará el error con el veinte por ciento (20 por 100) del Valor que debiera pagar el mayor peso declarado. Si resulta mayor del manifestado de más de un diez por ciento ( 10 por 100) se castigará el exceso con un recargo del veinte por ciento (20 por 100).
