Los beneficiarios que transfieran bienes importados al país para el provecho de terceras personas bajo cualquier modalidad en virtud de la presente ley, o los adquirentes de dichos bienes, quedarán obligados al pago de los tributos y de los intereses correspondientes, si la transferencia se efectuara dentro de los tres (3) años siguientes a su regreso.
