° El Poder Ejecutivo queda autorizado para aumentar el número de las Facultades en las citadas capitales de Departamento, siempre que se compruebe que cuentan con recursos y personal docente satisfactorios. Podrá asimismo extender el propio beneficio á otras ciudades de la República que se hallen en idénticas circunstancias.
