Ocultamiento De Avería

El que ocultare avería que afectare la operabilidad del buque, aeronave, carro de combate o medio de transporte colectivo de la Fuerza Pública, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a cuatro (4) años.

Si el autor de la conducta fuere el comandante del mismo, la pena se aumentará hasta en la mitad.
