Enviado el enfermo al lazareto, el Acalde procederá a hacer desinfectar la habitación de aquel de acuerdo con las prescripciones de la autoridad sanitaria,. La desinfección se hará a costa del dueño del inmueble. Copia del acta o certificación de desinfección se enviará a la Dirección General de Lazaretos, la que formará con estos documentos un libro que se llamará de Desinfecciones.
