Evaluación y seguimiento al Operador Económico Autorizado. Las autoridades de control conjuntamente con el grupo consultivo de que trata el artículo 18 del presente decreto, establecerán una metodología para evaluar la efectividad del Operador Económico Autorizado en Colombia para proponer acciones de mejoramiento.
