Art. 7.° El empleado a quien encargue la Junta Directiva de la canalizacion del rio Magdalena el manejo de los fondos de la empresa, llevará sus cuentas del modo establecido en los respectivos reglamentos de contabilidad i las rendirá anualmente a la oficina jeneral encargada por la lei de examinar las de todos los responsables del erario de la Union.
