Los funcionarios a que se refieren los artículos 4° y 5° del presente decreto tendrán derecho a una prima especial mensual, sin carácter salarial, equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) de la asignación básica y los gastos de representación y sustituye la prima de que trata el artículo 7° del Decreto número 903 de 1992.
