º Prestación de asesoría. Las sociedades comisionistas que celebren contratos para el uso de los servicios a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, deberán adoptar las medidas necesarias para prestar directamente la asesoría a que legalmente están obligadas, frente a las personas que les encomienden la realización de operaciones y acreditar su puesta en práctica ante la Superintendencia de Valores. Tal asesoría no podrá ser prestada bajo ninguna circunstancia por el respectivo establecimiento de crédito.
