Incurrirán en una multa de $ 1 á $ 50 los cultivadores de las heredades colindantes con un camino siempre que al verificar las plantaciones y las demás labores de agricultura ó de cualquiera otra manera perjudiquen los cerramientos muros de sostenimiento, aletas de alcantarillas, estribos de puentes y cualesquiera otras obras del camino.
