Si del sumario resultare la comprobación requerida por el artículo 429 para dictar auto de proceder, se ordenará el internamiento del menor en una casa de observación científica o en una sección de observación de un reformatorio, por un tiempo no menor de noventa días, para que allí se haga un estudio completo de las condiciones físicas y psíquicas del menor y, en general, de su personalidad.
