En cada Prefectura habrá una Comisión permanente de Estadística, compuesta de tres miembros principales y tres suplentes, nombrados por los Gobernadores a propuesta de los Prefectos quienes presidirán las sesiones que tendrán lugar cada quince días. Estas Comisiones reunirán los trabajos municipales y vigilarán el cumplimiento de estos.
