Art. 2°. La Corte Suprema de Justicia, por denuncia de cualquiera autoridad ó individuo y procediendo de oficio, ordenará la practica de las pruebas necesarias; obtenidas éstas y previa audiencia del Magistrado sindicado impondrá á éste, si resultare culpable, las penas de que trata el artículo anterior.
