A los empleados que ingresen al servicio y sean nombrados para las guarniciones de las Intendencias y Comisarías y Grupo de Caballería número 2, Rondón, en Fonseca (Magdalena), se les liquidarán los pasajes y auxilios de marcha correspondientes. Los que ingresen con destino a otras guarniciones no tendrá derecho a pasaporte alguno.
