Obligaciones de los empleadores y trabajadores independientes . El empleador o trabajador independiente no deberá suspender el pago de la cotización a la EPS que haya sido objeto de la revocatoria de autorización de funcionamiento, intervención forzosa administrativa para liquidar, retiro o liquidación voluntaria, hasta tanto se haga efectivo el traslado del cotizante y de su grupo familiar, momento a partir del cual las cotizaciones deberán efectuarse a la EPS receptora.
