Art.9. ° A los ministros de un culto que no puedan pagar las multas de que trata esta lei, se les impondrá la pena de confinamiento a veinticinco miriámetros por lo menos del lugar en que cometieron la falta, i en razon de un dia por cada un peso de multa; no pudiendo en este caso esceder el confinamiento de diez años.
