° Efectos y méritos de la conciliación. La conciliación, una vez aprobada por la sección respectiva, produce efectos de cosa juzgada en relación con las partes que intervinieron y sus causahabientes. Si el acuerdo conciliatorio comprendió todas las pretensiones de la demanda le pone fin al proceso, en los demás casos limita el litigio a los aspectos que no fueron objeto de conciliación.
