Ascenso por título docente. El educador escalafonado que acredite un título docente distinto del que le sirvió para ingreso al Escalafón, adquiere el derecho de ascenso al grado que le corresponda en virtud de dicho título. Se exceptúa el ascenso al grado 14, para el cual deben reunirse los demás requisitos establecidos en el artículo 10.
