Manejo de sedimentos . En los proyectos mineros de aluvión, se deben construir presas, piscinas o pozos de decantación, para retener los sedimentos provenientes de los frentes de explotación y de las plantas de beneficio; estas áreas deberán estar debidamente señalizadas acogiendo lo establecido en el programa de señalización. Los afluentes deben tener una establecidos por la autoridad competente.
