La prima especial de servicios constituirá factor salarial solo para efecto del ingreso base de cotización del Sistema General de Pensiones y de acuerdo con la Ley 797 de 2003 para el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud. Esta reemplaza en su totalidad y deja sin efecto cualquier otra prima, con excepción de la prima de navidad.
