A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, la remuneración mensual de los Procuradores Judiciales I será de un millón setecientos cuarenta mil ciento treinta y dos pesos ($1.740.132.00) moneda corriente. De esta remuneración el treinta por ciento (30%) se considerará prima especial sin carácter salarial de conformidad con el artículo 14 de la Ley 4ª de 1992, aplicable a los Jueces de la República.
