Los funcionarios o empleados públicos encargados de los servicios telegráficos o telefónicos, que supusieren o falsificaren despachos o comunicaciones, incurrirán en la pérdida del empleo y en arresto de uno a seis meses. En esta última sanción incurrirá el que haga uso del despacho falso con ánimo de lucrarse o propósito de perjudicar a otro.
