° Las empresas comerciales que quieran hacer uso de franqueadores automáticos, de fuera de la capital de la República, deberán presentar el memorial de solicitud de la licencia para importar las máquinas al Administrador de Correos de la respectiva localidad, quien, previa certificación de que la empresa goza de buen crédito, lo remitirá al Departamento de Correos del Ministerio.
