º. Los establecimientos educativos privados, que presten el servicio educativo en los niveles de preescolar, básica y media, podrán para el año lectivo que inicia en el 2003, incrementar las tarifas anuales de matrículas, pensiones y otros cobros periódicos, hasta en un 5.5%, de conformidad con la meta puntual para efectos legales fijadas por el Banco de la República como meta de inflación para el mismo año, calculados a partir del valor legalmente autorizado en el año lectivo inmediatamente anterior.
