ARTICULO 16. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1993, el subsidio de alimentación para empleados que perciban una asignación básica mensual no superior a la señalada para el grado 13 en la escala de que trata el artículo 4 de este decreto, será de OCHO MIL QUINIENTOS SESENTA PESOS ($8.560) M/CTE., pagaderos mensualmente por la entidad correspondiente. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio durante el tiempo que el empleado disfrute de vacaciones, se encuentre en uso de licencia o suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo.
