al artículo 198 del Decreto número 1165 de 2019, así: “

Parágrafo 2

Se podrá autorizar la reimportación en el mismo estado de mercancía exportada definitivamente, dentro de la vigencia de la garantía comercial otorgada al producto, siempre que la mercancía no haya sufrido modificación alguna y se establezca plenamente que la mercancía que se reimporta es la misma que fue exportada. En estos eventos la garantía se constituye en un documento soporte de la reimportación”.
