Las sociedades fiduciarias deberán invertir el requerido de que trata el artículo anterior en depósitos o títulos de deuda que hayan sido emitidos o garantizados por la Nación, el Ban co de la República, la Financiera Energética Nacional, FEN, u otro establecimiento de crédito del país y cuyo vencimiento no exceda de treinta (30) días comunes.
