Oportunidad para calificar . Los empleados escalafonados en el régimen ordinario de carrera deberán ser calificados por lo menos una vez cada año, en el mes de septiembre, o en la oportunidad que lo consideren necesario el Jefe, el Subjefe, el Secretarlo General, los Directores, los Jefes de Oficina y División y los Directores Seccionales. Sin embargo, esta última calificación sólo podrá hacerse en intervalos superiores a treinta (30) días calendario.
