Artículo primero. Apruébase la Resolución número JD-02-84, emanada de la Junta Directiva de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom, cuyo texto es el siguiente: "RESOLUCION NUMERO JD-002 DE 1984 (enero 20) por la cual se adiciona la Resolución JD-022 de 1981, que determina la planta de personal de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom. La Junta Directiva de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, en ejercicio de sus atribuciones legales y estatutarias, y CONSIDERANDO

Que la Empresa adquirió la planta telefónica del Municipio de Calarcá la cual quedará integrada a Telecom, a partir del 1° de enero de 1984.

Que como consecuencia de lo anterior es necesario incorporar al personal operativo que actualmente atiende la planta telefónica. RESUELVE:
