° Los fabricantes de alcoholes de que se hable en el artículo 2º de este Decreto, quedan obligados a vender al Departamento en donde se fabriquen, a precio de costo, hasta un cuarenta por ciento (40%) de la producción total. Comuníquese y publíquese.
