Artículo cuarto. Para los efectos judiciales a que pueda haber lugar, se considera que el pago de los cánones de arrendamiento ha quedado plenamente demostrado cuando el interesado presente el recibo de la consignación efectuada en la forma indicada en el presente Decreto, junto con la copia certificada del aviso dado al arrendador.
