° Para el manejo de estos fondos, tanto los tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) del auxilio como lo que produzca la faja del antiguo camino, la Junta Patriótica Municipal de Ventaquemada dará una fianza para asegurar el buen manejo de los fondos y rendirá las cuentas a la Corte del Ramo.

Los tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) de que habla esta Ley se incluirán en el Presupuesto de la presente vigencia.
