Si el Administrador no pasare el ajustamiento al introductor dentro de los ocho días fijados, podrá éste solicitar de la primera autoridad política del lugar, o del empleado que designe el Gobierno, que se apremie al Administrador para la entrega del ajustamiento, y si tres días después de la notificación no hubiere cumplido, quedará incurso en la multa de cinco pesos diarios desde el día de la notificación hasta el en que entregue el ajustamiento.
