Artículo duodécimo. El Pagador-Almacenista, como empleado de manejo, prestará la lianza que le señale la Contraloría General ríe la República. Manejará la partida asignada en el artículo segundo y los fondos con que contribuyan el Departamento, los Municipios u otras entidades con las "que se hayan celebrado acuerdos, convenios o contrato;-, enviando mensualmente al Departamento Administrativo del Ministerio de Higiene copia de las erogaciones efectuadas durante el mes.
