Todo Juez o Magistrado debe certificar, bajo su responsabilidad, al fin de cada declaración, que él la recibió directa y personalmente, oyéndola del testigo y haciéndola escribir en su presencia, y haciendo al testigo todas las preguntas conducentes a obtener un conocimiento completo de la verdad que se investiga por medio de un testimonio verídico y completo.
