Pago de indemnización por disminución de la capacidad sicofísica. Al Oficial o Suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares que presente disminución de la capacidad sicofísica determinada por la Sanidad Militar y que sea mantenido en el servicio activo en virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 112 de este Decreto, le será reconocida y pagada la indemnización que le corresponde con base en los haberes del grado que tenga cuando se le declare la lesión, de acuerdo con los índices del respectivo reglamento. En consecuencia el Oficial o Suboficial no tendrá derecho a una nueva indemnización por el mismo concepto.
