º . Régimen de transición . Lo dispuesto en el presente decreto no será aplicable a aquellas ofertas públicas de adquisición que hubieren sido autorizadas y estén en proceso de iniciación o desarrollo, o hubieren iniciado su trámite de autorización ante la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia antes de la entrada en vigencia del mismo.
