Parágrafo 2

del artículo 37 del Decreto 172 de 2001, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo 2

Cuando en un Municipio no exista Servicio Público de Transporte Terrestre Automotor Individual de Pasajeros en Vehículos Taxi, la autoridad de transporte competente deberá realizar un estudio técnico que determine la existencia de la demanda de este servicio en la respectiva jurisdicción.
