Art. 25 El arrendamiento del impuesto de que trata este decreto podrá hacerse por uno ó más años, sin exceder de cuatro, á juicio del Poder Ejecutivo.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúa el arrendamiento que se haga del impuesto cuando hayan terminado los contratos vigentes, el cual sólo se extenderá hasta el 31 de Diciembre de 1887. Respecto de aquellos Estados ó entidades en que el impuesto no esté arrendado, el arrendamiento se hará por todo el año de 1887.
