ARTICULO 43 . ATRIBUCIONES DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS DE LA PLANTA DE PERSONAL. Los funcionarios de la planta actual de la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes continuarán ejerciendo las atribuciones a ellos asignadas, hasta tanto sea expedida la nueva planta de personal acorde con la estructura que se establece en el presente Decreto.
