Información referida a los mecanismos de ejecución de garantías mobiliarias. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, en ejercicio de la facultad contenida en el artículo 2.2.2.4.1.40., incluirá en el formulario de ejecución y de terminación de la ejecución, la solicitud de datos referidos a:

Mecanismo de ejecución utilizado por el acreedor garantizado;

Entidad autorizada o autoridad jurisdiccional ante quien se tramita la ejecución;

Fecha de iniciación y de terminación de la ejecución de la garantía.
