Deber de prever mecanismos de normalización pensional en los acuerdos de reestructuración y/o reorganización. En los acuerdos de reestructuración y/o reorganización regulados en las Leyes 550 de 1999 y 1116 de 2006 deberán preverse mecanismos de normalización del pasivo pensional en caso de que la empresa o entidad tenga esta clase de pasivos a su cargo.
