Créese una Comisión de Seguimiento integrada por cinco (5) Senadores y nueve (9) Representantes, de diferentes bancadas y con participación de los partidos declarados en oposición e independencia, designados por los presidentes del Senado de la República y la Cámara de Representantes para hacer seguimiento permanente a las facultades

conferidas en este proyecto, recibir los informes del Gobierno y presentarlos al Congreso.

Parágrafo

Para todos los efectos, las Comisiones Séptimas Constitucionales de Cámara y Senado conocerán de las funciones, temas y objeto del Ministerio de Igualdad y Equidad.
