Reconocimiento Del Valor Actuarial De Madres Comunitarias Y Sustitutas

Modifíquese el artículo 166 de la Ley 1450 de 2011, el cual quedará así:

“Las Madres Comunitarias, FAMI y Sustitutas que ostentaron esta condición entre el 29 de enero de 2003 y el 14 de abril de 2008 y no tuvieron acceso al Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional durante este periodo, podrán beneficiarse del pago del valor actuarial de las cotizaciones para el citado periodo”.
